Earlier, many people believed that AI would never be able to take on real jobs and that it was just a temporary fluke. But now, seeing how I personally use AI—and how even interns are using it daily—it’s honestly scary to witness how fast the world is moving.

AI has drastically accelerated everything. Tasks that once took hours now take minutes. And if AI continues to evolve alongside robotics, I genuinely think people should be concerned. After seeing agentic AI and similar tools in action, I can’t help but feel worried about what comes next. The IT and digital world feels like it’s on steroids right now—changing faster than most of us can mentally process. Keeping up with this rapid pace has become a challenge in itself.

Traditional businesses and industries with a strong physical presence are still doing well, but it’s hard to say for how long. Today, almost anyone can become a high-level service provider. Barriers are collapsing, and services are getting cheaper with every passing day.

That said, there still seems to be some scope in strong, well-built product-based businesses. The real question is: how do we adapt, upskill, and stay relevant in this rapidly changing environment?
